INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Novaya Iberia, a European leader in natural and sustainable latex products for the sleep industry, is looking for an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone to join our woven and knitted mattress fabrics division (GTA) in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Southern Eastern European market (Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Czechia, Rumania, Baltics, Slovakia… ). What will your responsibilities be?

  • Schedule appointments, online product presentations, follow-ups and constant contact with customers.
  • Be creative and persistent at getting customer’s attention for the perfect pitch.
  • Monitor customer behaviour, volumes and preferences to ensure appropriate account management.
  • Act as reliable and responsive point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Follow up quotations, orders, developments, samples and customer requests.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Support customers with suitable products, collections and solutions.
  • Promote relevant company initiatives such as Covers, Hybrid, Global Production and Import Collection.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, forecasts and commercial data.
  • Work closely with Strategic & Growth Sales Managers to identify opportunities that require further development.

What are we looking for in you?

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar Customer Service positions.
  • High level of English (C1-C2) both spoken and written. Knowledge of French, Rumanian or other languages will be an advantage.
  • Residence in La Almunia, Zaragoza, or nearby areas.
  • Strong skills in organisation, communication, problem-solving, customer focus and teamwork.
