We are recruiting an Area Sales Manager South-East Asia for Fiqa Textiles, an international high performance indoor and outdoor upholstery fabric brand, focused on both the contract and residential markets. More information about the company: https://fiqatextiles.com/eu-en/
Fiqa is part of a family owned, financially strong international textile group, allowing the company to combine the stability of a large organization with the entrepreneurial spirit of a fast growing brand.
The position will be based in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and will play a key role in the development and positioning of the brand across the South East Asian market, a strategic region currently in an early expansion phase.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Develop and consolidate the South East Asian market for the Fiqa brand.
- Identify, approach, and open new customers and business opportunities in the region.
- Manage and follow up on the first leads and projects already initiated in the market.
- Conduct frequent commercial visits to customers and prospects across different Asian countries.
- Present the Fiqa brand and its indoor and outdoor upholstery fabric portfolio.
- Follow up on samples, quotations, and commercial opportunities.
- Collect market intelligence and provide strategic feedback to adapt the commercial proposal.
- Work closely with international teams based in Belgium, China and the United States.
- Build strong, long term commercial relationships with key customers.

What are we looking for in you?
- Solid sales experience, with a clearly commercial profile and a strong market opening (hunter) mindset.
- Entrepreneurial mentality, strong self management skills and comfort working in growing, evolving environments.
- Experience or affinity with the textile, upholstery, furniture or interior design sectors (valued).
- Previous experience and knowledge of the South East Asian market (highly valued).
- High availability for frequent travel across Asia.
- Ability to work independently, with strong results orientation and structured commercial follow up.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent level of English.
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City or willing to relocate to the city.
